Our people

A marketer who lived the problem. An engineer who builds the guardrails.

Social Jam is led from the west of Ireland by a founding team who believe Agentic AI is only worth building when it strengthens the people using it.

I built Social Jam because I lived the problem for years.

Running Bold Craft Marketing, a digital agency I founded, scaling to a team of seventeen, servicing over 140 clients, I saw the same issue repeat itself across every sector: good businesses with real things to say, struggling to show up consistently on social media. Not for lack of effort. For lack of capacity.

Content production is relentless, and for businesses managing multiple brands, stores or locations, that pressure multiplies. I watched clients spend significant budget just to maintain a baseline, and still fall behind, until Agentic AI reached the point where it could genuinely learn a brand's voice and produce content worth publishing. That's what Social Jam is built to do: agents that generate on-brand content and hold it for your team's review and approval before it goes live. The agents handle the volume; your team keeps final say.

Social Jam is built for medium-to-large retail enterprises, managing multiple brands, stores or locations, where the gap between what a business should be saying online and what it actually manages to say is widest. That gap is what we close. Today, I lead Social Jam alongside Eva Murphy, our CTO.

Eva Murphy PhD

Eva joined Social Jam as CTO because she's spent her career on exactly the problem we're solving: how to build technology that empowers people rather than replacing them.

She holds a PhD in Inclusive Design and Creative Technology Innovation, and has spent over a decade working across the full stack of engineering: as a Firmware Engineer at Eurologic Systems in Dublin, a Senior Applications Engineer at Analog Devices in Limerick, and, since 2014, as a lecturer in Electronics and Mechatronics at ATU Sligo.

That range, from low-level firmware to inclusive systems design to the classroom, shapes how she thinks about AI. Eva and Helen met through their shared academic community and quickly realised they shared the same conviction: that Agentic AI is only worth building when it comes with the right safety rails, and when it's designed to strengthen the people and communities using it, not sideline them.

As CTO, Eva leads the engineering team behind Social Jam's agents, built to give growing retail businesses real capability, with the guardrails and oversight that make AI something teams can trust, not just tolerate.
