Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Facebook or Instagram Login to access Social Jam and wish to request deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below.

  1. Step 1

    Email us

    Send an email to helen@socialjam.ie with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

  2. Step 2

    Identify your account

    Include the name and email address associated with your Social Jam account.

  3. Step 3

    We confirm

    We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

You may also delete your Social Jam account directly from within the platform under Settings, Account, Delete Account, which will remove all associated data immediately.
