Job Title: Software Sales Representative

Location: Unit 2, Altamount Street, Westport, F28 A318 – Blended Work options available post training and probationary period

About Us: Social Jam is a dynamic and innovative software solutions provider committed to amplifying happiness online by transforming the social engagement of brands online through cutting-edge technology. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs.
  2. Engage with leads through cold calling, emails, and presentations to introduce our software solutions.
  3. Collaborate with senior sales professionals to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  4. Present and demonstrate software features and benefits to potential clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
  8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven ability to work well in a team and independently.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  5. Prior experience in sales is a plus.
  6. Passion for technology and a quick learner of software features.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
