Data Deletion Instructions
If you have used Facebook or Instagram Login to access Social Jam and wish to request deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to info@socialjam.ie with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the name and email address associated with your Social Jam account
- We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days
You may also delete your Social Jam account directly from within the platform under Settings → Account → Delete Account, which will remove all associated data immediately.
